Five points is a vibrant, diverse neighborhood and home to Denver’s River Arts North District (RiNo). It is bounded by the South Platte River, Thirty-Eighth Street, Downing Street, Park Avenue and Twentieth Avenue, and Twentieth Street. Originally called the “Harlem of the West”, Five Points had a lively jazz scene in the 1960’s and this trend continues with the annual Jazz Festival that has taken place in Five Points since 2004. Due to its bustling art scene, Five Points was rated #6 (out of 75) Best Neighborhoods for Young Professionals in Denver according to Niche’s 2021 article.
