Home of the University of Denver and Iliff School of Technology is the neighborhood Observatory Park. It is bounded by Evans Avenue, Yale Avenue, Colorado Boulevard, and University Boulevard. Observatory Park is a college town, but has the convenience of being centrally located. There are many restaurants, highly rated schools, and opportunities for outdoor recreational activities such as trails, parks, etc.
