2137 Glenarm Place

The 0.79 acre parking lot at the intersection of Glenarm and 22nd Street will welcome to a 5 story mixed-use apartment building known as Archie.

The Austin, Texas based development firm Storybuilt purchased the parking lot on January 4, 2019 for $3,750,000. Over the past couple years, Storybuilt has worked on strengthening their Denver presence with proposed developments at 4190 W Colfax Avenue(Ozzie) and 5785 W 38th Avenue(Judy) in Wheat Ridge.

The site is located directly across from the Radiant Apartment building that was constructed in 2019. Based on the renderings released by Storybuilt, the Archie will look similar to this building but with only 5 stories.

We attempted to reach a representative of Storybuilt, however were unsuccessful.

Considering the project is still in the early stages, we don't see construction starting for a few more months. We'll check back with updates on the unit count and building amenities once the project breaks ground.
