Co-Founder & President
Shaquille Carter is the co-founder and president of Naked Denver. He brings nearly a decade of commercial appraisal experience across multiple asset types, with licenses in multiple states. With a background in geography and urban planning, Shaquille specializes in translating complex real estate activity into accessible insights through market research, on-the-ground reporting, and creative media.

Andrew Roe
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Andrew Roe is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Naked Denver. A third-generation home builder and carpenter before transitioning into technology, Andrew brings a blend of hands-on construction experience and deep technical expertise. He leads the buildout of the Naked Denver platform, including the new web app launched at the start of the year, drawing on his background in machine learning, automation, cybersecurity and software development to create tools grounded in a real understanding of Denver's built environment.

Sara Carter
Co-Founder & Chief Partnership Officer
Sara Carter is the co-founder and chief partnership officer of Naked Denver. She is a global partnership and sales enablement professional with extensive experience building strategic partnerships and partner programs across multiple industries. With a background in industrial engineering, Sara brings a systems-level approach to growth, helping connect developers, businesses, and media through thoughtful, data-driven collaboration.
Our Story
The platform was founded in 2021 as a passion project. At the time, the goal was simple: learn the Denver market better and build genuine relationships within the local real estate community. Launched during a period when in-person connection was limited due to the pandemic, Naked Denver became a way to stay engaged, ask questions, and create dialogue around what was happening across the city.
What started as a learning tool quickly grew into something larger. As the platform gained momentum, so did its role within the industry. Over time, Naked Denver evolved into a trusted source for real estate professionals and a broader community that cares about development, design, and the future of Denver. Today, the platform bridges industry insight with on-the-ground perspective, offering coverage that is informed, accessible, and rooted in real relationships.
