Last week, 2100-2104 Larimer Street hit the market for $5.1M with approved plans to expand the building, which will add a third floor along with a rooftop patio. Located at the intersection of Larimer and 21st street, this building offers the rare opportunity for brand new office and retail space just 2 blocks from Coors field.

The building was acquired by MC2 Holdings on May 8th, 2019 for $2.9M. It appears the current owners put in effort to prime the building for renovation, leaving a new developer to complete the project.

According to the proposed building plans, the building will keep its original façade and will receive fresh windows, doors and wood panel molding. The third floor plans call for a 3,668 square foot office space along with a 1,866 square foot patio. The new addition will bring the total building size to 15,268 square feet.

We'll be sure to keep our eye on this project to see what new retail and office businesses move into this prime LoDo location.
