The lot is located between 7-Eleven and Church's Chicken. The next closest Dunkin is located approximately 4.5 miles to the South in Glendale.

This 7,762 square foot lot has never been developed on. According to public records, the lot was purchased by Mostafavi Family Trust in 2020 for $260,000. The architect on record will be Ethos Architecture Group.
