Bowery Valuation, a New York based tech forward commercial appraisal firm known for its proprietary platform that streamlines report writing with greater speed, accuracy, and consistency, has hired Managing Director Adam Dembowitz as part of its renewed push to expand into the Mountain West region.

Bowery currently operates offices in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Wisconsin, and California. With the addition of Dembowitz, who is based in Colorado, a Mountain West office now appears to be on the horizon.

Adam Dembowitz, MAI, MRICS brings over 20 years of experience in real estate valuation and consulting. He has held senior roles at major valuation firms including Integra Realty Resources, Cushman & Wakefield, and most recently JLL, where he served as the US Office Lead for Value and Risk Advisory. His experience spans multiple regions including California, Colorado, Utah, and Texas.

Bowery Valuation, founded in 2015 by Cesar Devers, John Meadows, and Noah Isaacs, has raised over $80 million in venture capital to modernize the commercial appraisal industry. Its platform, developed in collaboration with in-house engineers, offers a unique approach to valuation that emphasizes automation, standardization, and real-time collaboration.

The company launched with aggressive national growth plans earlier in the decade, but momentum slowed amid broader economic uncertainty and a decline in transaction volume. Recently, however, Bowery appears to be regaining steam. Last month, the firm hired Ryan Sikorski, MAI, CFA to lead its Midwest operations. The addition of Dembowitz signals a renewed focus on the Mountain West.
