Edgewater just scored another reason to eat out.
Wild Taco is now open inside Edgewater Public Market, serving up Korean-inspired tacos and a whole lot of flavor.
If you ever hit their old Capitol Hill spot, you’ll recognize favorites like chicken tinga, quesabirria, and those chicken and waffle tacos that hit way too hard for their own good. The new Edgewater menu also adds tortas, the Birria Dip and Bulgogi Hoagie, plus seasonal specials like birria egg rolls.
Wild Taco is the brainchild of Yoon Terry and Rico Aragon (you might know Rico from Barbed Wire Reef and Saints or Sinners). The duo brings modern Mexican with a Korean twist that is bold, playful, and totally worth a detour.
They’re open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with brunch and late-night hours on the way.
