Wayfair, the online home goods giant, will open its first Mountain West location at The Shops at Northfield in late 2026, taking over the former Macy’s space!
The new 140,000 square foot, two-story store will feature 19 departments spanning furniture, housewares, decor, mattresses, appliances, and more, along with design services and an on-site café.
Wayfair’s Denver store joins a growing list of national retailers reenergizing the Northfield area.
Life Time is backfilling the former JCPenney space, and additional tenants are expected to follow as the open-air center evolves into a more walkable, destination driven hub for the Central Park community.
Customers will be able to shop in-store, take home smaller items same-day, or schedule delivery for larger furniture pieces. This marks Wayfair’s fourth retail location nationwide, following recent announcements in Atlanta, Georgia and Yonkers, New York.
Northfield is owned by Stockdale Capital Partners and anchored by Bass Pro Shops, Harkins Theatres, and Target.
The addition of Wayfair is a major step in the center’s ongoing transformation.
