Venu Holding Corporation has plans to transform the former Celebrity Lanes bowling alley in Centennial into The Hall at Bourbon Brothers and Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse & Tavern — a premium indoor music hall and restaurant concept backed by the Colorado Springs-based entertainment developer behind the Ford Amphitheater.
The 50,000-square-foot property sits at the northeast corner of East Arapahoe Road and South Parker Road, one of Centennial's busiest intersections and was acquired by Venu Holding for $13 million. The development will bring The Hall at Bourbon Brothers and Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse & Tavern to the Denver metro, both of which are established Venu brands already operating in Colorado Springs alongside the company's flagship Ford Amphitheater.
The Ford Amphitheater, which Venu Holding developed and operates in Colorado Springs, became known for its Luxe FireSuites — private, fire-accented viewing environments that offer a premium alternative to general admission seating. The Centennial project will mark the first time the FireSuite concept is deployed in an indoor setting. The Hall at Bourbon Brothers in Colorado Springs, a midsize music hall drawing national touring acts, provides the closest analog to what is planned for the former Celebrity Lanes site.
Celebrity Lanes operated at the site for approximately 14 years before closing in May 2025. The locally-owned facility was one of the south Denver metro's largest family entertainment destinations, housing 32 bowling lanes, a four-lane VIP suite configuration, an arcade, laser tag, and a full-service taproom called Stars Taphouse & Grill.
Beyond the music hall and restaurant, the Centennial development will include private event rental space and fractional ownership opportunities — a financing and engagement model Venu Holding has deployed across its portfolio.
The company's brands include Ford Amphitheater, Sunset Amphitheaters, Phil Long Music Hall, Aikman Owners Clubs, and Roth's Sea & Steak. Seating capacity and an opening timeline for the Centennial location have not been announced.
The repositioning fits a broader pattern across Centennial's commercial corridors, where legacy retail and entertainment properties are giving way to higher-intensity uses. Three adjacent development sites are also for sale, signaling an opportunity for future supporting retail, restaurant or hospitality uses benefit with increased traffic to the area.
The former Celebrity Lanes property gives Venu Holding a high-visibility foothold in the Denver suburbs — and a chance to prove that the premium indoor entertainment model it built in Colorado Springs can travel north.
