Trader Joe’s has officially submitted a formal site development plan for a 12,527-square-foot store at The Shops at Northfield.

The grocer is slated for a pad site directly north of Old Navy, adding another high-profile name to the growing retail lineup in this northeast Denver hub.

Northfield has quickly become a landing spot for national retailers. Wayfair and Life Time recently announced plans to open at the center, and with inline big-box spaces and pad sites still available, industry watchers expect more announcements soon.
