
The Shops at Northfield is adding two national retailers as the open air center continues its redevelopment push.
Stockdale Capital Partners finalized 12.5k SF of new leases with American Eagle Outfitters and MINISO. American Eagle brings its casual clothing lineup and MINISO adds its affordable lifestyle goods with partnerships that include Disney, Barbie, Hello Kitty, Marvel and Sanrio. Stockdale has leased more than 344k square feet since acquiring the $1.1M square foot property in 2022. The firm has filled former JC Penney and Macys spaces with upcoming tenants that include Wayfair which will open its first Mountain West store in 2026 and Life Time which plans a luxury athletic club with resort level amenities in 2027.
Recent signings also include lululemon Nike Sephora, Trader Joe’s and Lucky Strike. Stockdale leaders attribute the momentum to a focused repositioning strategy that aims to rebuild Northfield as a walkable community based destination.Upgrades underway include new lighting signage landscaping water features and expanded outdoor dining.
Plans also include a children’s play area and year round programming such as concerts fitness classes and interactive art experiences.
