The Oasis Apartments Break Ground in Cherry Creek

Another high-profile development is officially underway in Cherry Creek. BMC Investments and Rockpoint have broken ground on The Oasis Apartments!
This luxury residential building is a new 8-story project that will bring 158 high-end apartments, 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and 227 parking spaces to the heart of Cherry Creek North.
The development, located on one of the last large parcels in the neighborhood, also includes a 6,000-square-foot public park with fountains at the corner of Third and Milwaukee.
It spans nearly the entire west side of Milwaukee between Second and Third Avenues.
Vertical construction is expected to begin in early 2026, with completion anticipated in 2027. The project was designed by Shears Adkins Rockmore and will be built by The Beck Group.
Retail leasing is being handled by JLL’s Sam Zaitz and Julie McBrearty of SullivanHayes.
The Oasis is BMC’s fourth luxury apartment development in the Cherry Creek submarket and will complement their highly anticipated Cherry Lane development.
Cherry Creek’s transformation continues, and BMC is right at the center of it.
