The Iota Fox Station, a 5-story, 148 unit apartment building will be opening up its doors this summer in Globeville.

Developed by Highland Development Company and designed by KTGY Architecture + Planning, this transit oriented project sits just 1 block from the 41st & Fox light rail station.

The Iota sits at the corner of W 41st Avenue & Elati Street, one block from Fox Street and four blocks from the highly anticipated Fox Park Development that will bring 6.4 million square feet across 41 acres to the Globeville neighborhood.
