Mercy Housing Mountain Plains is leading the 190-unit development in partnership with the Native American Housing Circle, Denver Indian Health and Family Services, and WellPower.

The project combines 94 permanent supportive homes for those emerging from homelessness with 96 affordable apartments for low-income families.
