The Hub North also referred to as "The Hub" located on the corner of Blake and Downing (3650 Blake St) across the street from the RTD Rail Station in RiNo features spacious office and retail accommodations.  Featured in parallel to it's identical counterpart The Hub South(3601 Walnut St). These modern twin titans are bringing new eyes and capital to the established art district. Consisting of 150,000 square feet of total space and amenities such as a terrace onsite parking facility, electric vehicle charging stations, bike storage, and a state of the art fitness center.
