Lookout at Clear Creek Crossing is taking shape in Wheat Ridge right next to the brand new Life Time that delivered last year and the Bonfire Burritos currently under construction.

The project spans nearly five acres with a signature U shaped layout that frames views of Lookout Mountain and surrounds a vibrant public park.

The park will offer a community game lawn fire pits an agriculture inspired play area and a small amphitheater designed for live music movie nights and neighborhood events.

Prost Brewing Co will open a spacious biergarten with authentic German food and a patio that connects directly to the park.

The Agora at Applewood will bring a rooftop terrace and a collection of unique food and beverage concepts from a raw bar to an Italian deli to a family friendly pub. HashTAG from Chef Troy Guard will anchor the southern side with brunch favorites and bright all day energy.

With construction underway The Lookout will hopefully welcome its first guests in late 2026 bringing a new hub of food culture and community to Wheat Ridge.
