A formal site development plan has been submitted for a 439 SF addition to Texas Roadhouse at The Shoppes at Northfield. The proposal calls for a 40 seat increase that reflects steady demand at the restaurant and broader growth across the center.

Northfield has seen a surge of activity with new national tenants, new multifamily projects and a new grocer moving forward. Rising foot traffic has pushed several operators to evaluate expansions, and this project fits the pattern. The opening of Life Time next door is expected to add even more daily traffic and strengthen the case for increased capacity.
