The future Target at Link 56 has reached a key construction milestone as the building’s full footprint is now complete and clearly visible from Tower Road.

The one story structure is standing at the northeast Denver development near Denver International Airport, giving the first clear look at the scale of the retail anchor. Site work continues across the surrounding property as additional pads prepare for vertical construction.

Target will anchor the broader Link 56 mixed use project, which has been steadily advancing along the rapidly growing Tower Road corridor. The development is positioned to serve nearby residential growth as well as airport related traffic in the area.

In addition to Target, several national brands are confirmed on the way, including Black Rock Coffee, 7-Eleven, Portillo’s, Starbucks and Mister Car Wash. The mix signals continued retail momentum in far northeast Denver as the corridor transitions from raw land to an emerging commercial hub.

2,000 residential units are also planned along the northern section of the site.

With the anchor now physically in place, Link 56 is quickly shifting from early stage site work to a recognizable retail center. More updates will follow as construction progresses and additional tenants move forward.
