Park Hill is about to welcome a fresh new flavor, one that’s equal parts soulful, nourishing, and joyfully intentional.
Ruby’s Good Shoes, a vibrant all-day brunch concept rooted in organic ingredients and community connection, officially opens its doors this Sunday, July 20, and locals are in for something truly special.
In the heart of Denver’s historic Park Hill neighborhood, the space has been curated by two long-time friends. One owning the exceptional bakery and to-go counter, La Croissanterie Denver, the other is the visionary behind the namesake and restaurant, Ruby’s Good Shoes.
What started as a box label during a cross-country move turned into the name of a dream project which is a warm, soulful space built on clean ingredients, beautiful design, and community connection.
Their mission is simple but ambitious, bring clean, organic, intentionally sourced food to a community that deserved some love.
Set inside a thoughtfully designed space filled with marshmallow-soft seating, a caramel apple ceiling, cayenne-toned booths, and sage green chairs, Ruby’s invites guests to stay awhile. A community table anchors the dining room, and a massive outdoor patio and fully stocked bar offer space for both spontaneous brunches and planned celebrations.
With a layout built around connection, the restaurant’s versatile back room will serve as overflow seating, a private gathering spot, or the home base for DJ Sundays, a weekly tradition kicking off this weekend with none other than Denver’s own DJ K-Nee.
At the heart of Ruby’s is the food. The food is made with organic, free-range, clean ingredients, and the menu is rooted in seasonal, vibrant, and crave-worthy options.
The on-site bakery and to-go counter will serve up fresh-pressed juices (carrot, beet, and rotating seasonal blends), patisseries, and espresso drinks to keep you energized from morning to mid-afternoon.
Ruby’s is more than a brunch spot. It’s a love letter to Park Hill. With plans to collaborate with local artists on interior decor, and a commitment to hiring from within the community, the space is designed to give as much as it serves.
While the full calendar of events and private bookings is still in the works, the owners are dreaming big: Gospel brunches, artist collaborations, and neighborhood partnerships are all on the horizon so stay tuned!
Come for the duck-fat hash or the pastries. Stay for the music, the marshmallow seats, and the feeling that this place was made just for you.
Ruby’s Good Shoes is open starting Sunday, July 20.
