A few units even come with private balconies.

Amenities lean upscale with a rooftop deck displaying mountain and city views, a plunge pool and hot tub, a vaulted lobby with 15-foot ceilings, co-working spaces, and a 2,500-square-foot fitness center.

There’s also a sub-grade parking garage and a central courtyard with a grill station.

Built on the former Habitat for Humanity HQ site, Trailbreak voluntarily designated 10% of the units as affordable housing (for those earning up to 80% AMI), before Denver’s affordability requirements kicked in mid-2022.
