Reed Smith is trading-in its current digs at 1400 Wewatta for an entire floor at one of downtown Denver’s newest trophy towers.
The global law firm has signed a lease to occupy a full 30,600-square-foot floor at 1900 Lawrence, increasing its footprint by more than 10,000 square feet.
In a market where many companies are shrinking their office space while upgrading quality, this move bucks the trend. It follows a similar shift by Monfort Companies, who plans to leave a 4,147-square-foot space at 1962 Blake to lease 7,336 square feet at the same building.
Reed Smith is expected to move in July 2026, joining an elite tenant roster that now includes Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Marsh McLennan, Monfort Companies, and soon, Reed Smith. With this latest deal, the 700,000-square-foot Class A building hits roughly 11% leased.
Developed by Riverside Investment & Development and designed by Goettsch Partners, 1900 Lawrence features standout amenities like rooftop pickleball, a golf simulator, a state-of-the-art fitness center with yoga and luxury locker rooms, and the Mile High Terrace with panoramic mountain views.
