A new retail center is moving forward along the Tower Road corridor in Denver, bringing a mix of dining and service-oriented businesses to one of the metro area's fastest-growing commercial districts. The development will feature seven tenant spaces and is being constructed as a ground-up retail project designed to serve the surrounding residential neighborhoods and airport-area workforce.
Several tenants have been confirmed by owner Thuy Tran. Jasmine Nails & Spa is slated to occupy Units 150 and 170, providing nail care and wellness services. The center will also include a dedicated Pho restaurant in Unit 180, adding a traditional Vietnamese dining option to the area.
Next door, Unit 190 is planned for a Boba Tea & Bánh Mì shop, bringing a combination of specialty beverages and Vietnamese sandwiches to the development. Together, the two food-and-beverage concepts are expected to create a complementary dining destination within the center.
Architectural renderings depict a contemporary retail building featuring extensive storefront glass, stone-accented facades, modern signage elements, and outdoor patio seating.
The project is designed to offer strong visibility along Tower Road while accommodating both restaurant and neighborhood retail users.
Several additional retail suites remain available for future tenants, allowing the center to further diversify its tenant mix as leasing progresses.
As population growth and commercial development continue to expand around Denver International Airport, new projects such as this retail center help meet increasing demand for convenient dining, personal services, and neighborhood retail amenities.
The combination of Jasmine Nails & Spa, a Pho restaurant, and a Boba Tea & Bánh Mì concept reflects the area's growing diversity of local businesses and consumer offerings.
