Palantir Technologies has moved its headquarters from Denver to Miami, ending a 5 year run in downtown Denver.
The data analytics company announced on social media that its headquarters is now located in Miami, Florida. The company did not provide additional details about its Colorado office plans.
Palantir relocated its headquarters from Palo Alto to Denver in 2020, establishing its base at Tabor Center, 1200 17th St. The move was widely viewed at the time as a major win for downtown Denver, bringing a publicly traded tech firm into the central business district.
In 2025, Palantir appeared to be evaluating additional Denver office space rather than signaling a full departure. City permits show plans to renovate office suites on the sixth and seventh floors of Financial House at 205 Detroit St. in Cherry Creek, with construction valued at $227,121.
The company has also faced repeated protests in Denver in recent years tied to its federal contracts and defense related work. Late last year, a protest at 205 Detroit St. resulted in damage to the building entrance associated with the planned office space.
The Miami relocation represents a clear shift in Palantir’s corporate footprint. The company has reported $4.475 billion in 2025 revenue and projected between $7.18 billion and $7.2 billion in 2026 revenue, according to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
For downtown Denver, the move removes another high profile office headquarters at a time when the central business district continues to navigate long term changes in office demand. Palantir has not announced whether it will maintain any formal office presence in Colorado.
