Palmquist Investments is planning a new townhome development in Englewood at 3355-3385 Washington Street, one block from Swedish Medical Center and Craig Hospital.

The Washington Townhomes will deliver 24 upscale rental townhomes in close proximity to the HCA HealthOne Swedish campus and near E. Hampden Avenue, where new retail and dining options are emerging, including the recently opened Work and Class 2 from chef Dana Rodriguez.

Each residence will feature a 2 bedroom layout with a dedicated flex or office space and between 2.5 and 3 bathrooms. Units will include designer finishes, modern fixtures, and thoughtfully planned interiors geared toward long term rental living.

Outdoor living is a major component of the project, with homes offering either large decks off the main living area or private rooftop decks depending on the floor plan.

The entire development will be built to Energy Star NextGen and DOE Zero Energy Ready Homes standards, emphasizing energy efficiency and long term performance.

The project is currently in the early stages of construction with an estimated completion in Q3 2027.
