A new 7-story, Class A office and retail project is planned for Cherry Creek, but don’t expect cranes just yet.
Milwaukee Place, developed by BMC Investments, was originally scheduled to break ground in 2023. Delays have pushed that timeline back, with groundbreaking now expected later this year or in early 2026. Completion is targeted for 2027.
Once built, the project will include:
* 94,260 RSF of office space
* 10,233 RSF of ground-floor retail
* 15,150 RSF typical floor plates
* 21,000 SF of underground parking
* 100% valet service
Other features will be a concierge, private 6th-floor terrace, bike storage, and “experiential retail” at the base.
Milwaukee Place is part of BMC’s growing footprint in Cherry Creek.
Across the street, they’re building The Oasis Apartments, a luxury residential development already under construction. Just down the road, their 12-story condo project Cherry Lane is also in the pipeline.
Leasing for Milwaukee Place is being handled by Newmark’s Jamie Gard, Pete Staab, and Tom Lee.
If it all comes together, this stretch of Milwaukee could soon be one of the densest corridors in Cherry Creek, and nearly all of it will trace back to BMC.
