One of Colorado’s fastest-growing luxury brokerages isn’t slowing down.
milehimodern (mhm) just opened a brand-new office in the Denver Tech Center, extending its curated real estate approach into one of Denver’s busiest business corridors.
Founded in 2018, mhm has quickly carved out a niche by blending high-end architecture, storytelling, and sleek marketing. What started as a boutique firm in LoHi has grown into a powerhouse with over 200 agents and offices in Cherry Creek, Boulder, and now the DTC.
In just six years, mhm has become a go-to firm for some of Colorado’s most design-forward homes.
Known for record-breaking sales and bold branding, milehimodern closed nearly $2 billion in volume last year alone and was recently named the #1 brokerage for production in its size category by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors. Its listings have included everything from historic estates to $20M architectural masterpieces, and its “art of living” ethos has become a signature across the Front Range.
The new DTC office will give mhm’s team a stronger foothold in Denver’s southern neighborhoods and connect them with a growing base of suburban luxury buyers.
Co-owner Carmelo Paglialunga says the move is part of a larger vision, “We’re expanding with intention—always focused on design, service, and the highest level of representation.”
From LoHi to Boulder and now the Tech Center, milehimodern is proving that there’s still room to grow in Colorado’s competitive luxury market—especially when every home has a story to tell.
