milehimodern is expanding into Colorado’s mountain markets with the opening of a new Breckenridge office at 100 N Main St., Suite 113, inside the Towne Square building, securing a prime location along one of downtown Breckenridge’s most active corridors.
The new office marks the brokerage’s first dedicated Summit County location as the architecture focused firm continues its steady growth across Colorado.
Founded in 2019, milehimodern has grown from a boutique brokerage into one of the state’s most recognizable design focused real estate brands. The company has built its reputation around architecture driven marketing and storytelling, pairing thoughtfully designed homes with a curated approach to how properties are represented and sold.
The expansion into Breckenridge reflects a natural alignment with Summit County’s housing landscape, where homes often respond directly to climate, elevation and terrain.
