Magic Noodle House has opened its doors at 1400 E 17th Avenue, turning a former chain location into a space built around handmade craft and bringing a brand-new concept to the Denver food scene.
The team behind the project has experience in Colorado with Hana Matsuri in Westminster and TKK Fried Kitchen in Colorado Springs, but this new restaurant marks their first concept focused on fresh noodles and dumplings made in full view of the dining room. The team chose this block of 17th for its connection point between multiple neighborhoods and its rare parking lot.
Inside, guests will see a master chef from Las Vegas who worked at Fontainebleau leading the noodle program with help from his entire family. The kitchen highlights Magic Beef Brisket Noodle Soup, Sichuan Beef Soup and Iberico Pork Wontons. Iberico pork is positioned as a premium cut similar in status to A5 beef.
The experience is designed as a show with a live noodle station and the space consists of meaningful artistic components on the walls. The restaurant also includes a full bar with 10 cocktails at launch. A soft opening is planned for December 11th. The team began planning in December 2024, took over the space in May and started buildout in August.
We got the chance to try multiple items off the menu including one of the team’s favorite dishes, the Iberico Pork Wontons in Magical Red Sauce, and can confidently say this is a must-try dish on your first visit!! All the food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and exactly what the neighborhood needs.
