
Steel and concrete are climbing fast in Capitol Hill, where Trailbreak Partners 18-story residential tower is officially out of the ground.
The former Lowdown Brewery site now holds the early structure of Kaia Residences, a 326-unit project that will bring new energy to the corner of 8th and Lincoln.
Designed by Hord Coplan Macht, Kaia bridges the Golden Triangle and Capitol Hill, stepping up from the smaller-scale buildings to the south into Denver’s emerging skyline.
The project includes 8,500 square feet of retail and a mix of wellness-focused amenities: a rooftop infinity pool, sauna, co-working space, and two-story club lounge.
Once complete, Kaia will mark a new anchor at one of downtown’s most visible gateways
