The Denver-born bakery and coffee shop with a cult following at local farmers markets, is firing up its ovens in a new neighborhood. Hearth opens their third location at 3617 W 32nd Ave in the heart of Highlands Square.
Best known for their buttery croissants, irresistible monkey bread, and small-batch coffee served in beautiful jars by Tablon Coffee, Hearth has long been a farmers market standout, the kind of stall you seek out before shopping for anything else.
Now, Highlands residents don’t have to wait for the weekend rush to indulge. With a brick-and-mortar on 32nd, all that flakyy goodness is just a few steps closer to home.
The Highlands shop joins existing locations in Uptown and RiNo and features cozy indoor seating and a small patio. It’s open 7am–3pm Monday through Thursday and 7am–5pm Friday through Sunday, making it perfect for early morning bread runs or weekend coffee catch-ups.
Founded by Matt Quinlisk, Hearth puts a strong emphasis on sustainability, sourcing grains directly from farmers across the Rocky Mountain region and milling many of them in-house. The result is a rotating menu that’s as thoughtful as it is delicious.
This latest opening continues a trend of small, community-driven food concepts staking claim in the ever-bustling Highlands neighborhood.
With Hearth’s loyal fanbase, don’t be surprised if lines start forming early.
