The Greenwood Village City Council recently approved the Site Development Plan, Special Use Permit, and Final Plat for The Village at Landmark. The 13.1 acre residential infill community sits directly south of the Landmark Towers in the Denver Tech Center.
The approval positions a long vacant parcel within the Town Center District for redevelopment into a high quality residential neighborhood. Council members said the plan adds a needed housing option in a prime location while fitting the character of the city. Adjacent residents attended the meeting and spoke in support of the design. They said the project will bring new energy to a site that has been inactive for years.
The plan includes about 90 single family homes in a gated layout organized around a central passive amenity intended to support neighborhood connection. PCS Group supported Century Communities Inc with land planning, entitlements, and landscape architecture for the project.
