Whole Foods Market is set to open a new 43,000 square foot location in Parker on October 9.
The store will open at 8 a.m. and regular hours will run daily from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m and the first 300 shoppers in line will score a custom tote bag and a Secret Saver coupon with offers up to $100 off.
The Parker store will carry more than 700 products from over 115 Colorado suppliers. Shoppers will see familiar names like Hirakata Farms, Rogers Mesa Fruit Co., and Blue Moose of Boulder alongside regional breweries including WeldWerks and Outer Range.
Departments include a full cheese counter with trained staff, seafood and meat counters with locally sourced options, a bakery featuring gluten free offerings from The Sweet Petite and Pie in the Sky, and a prepared foods section with sushi, pizza, and rotating hot bar items.
More than 250 craft beers and 630 wines will also be available.
Whole Foods says it will donate an electric refrigerated van to the Help and Hope Center to support food rescue efforts and provide a loan to Denver based supplier SAM+LEO through its small producer lending program.
