215 Detroit Street
A Four Seasons branded condominium project is proposed for Cherry Creek, according to public records filed with the city of Denver.
Plans submitted to the city show an 8 story residential building planned for the 200 block of Detroit Street, next to the Financial House office building at 205 Detroit St. and across from Room & Board and Aviano Coffee. The site currently contains multiple retail buildings.
The project is listed as Four Seasons Private Residences and is being pursued by Dallas based Stillwater Capital and West Palm Beach based Wexford Real Estate Investors. Denver based Brue Baukol Capital Partners and Zabel Investment Co. are also listed in filings.
City documents indicate the building would include 42 condominium units. Residential units are planned on floors 2 through 7, with a lobby and retail space on the ground floor. Amenities including a pool and fitness center are shown on the top level of the building. Two levels of underground parking are also proposed.
Permit filings also reference a Four Seasons Private Residences sales center planned at 280 Detroit St., directly across from the development site.
The Cherry Creek proposal would represent a second Four Seasons branded property in Denver. The project would also add to the growing cluster of luxury residential development in the neighborhood, complementing the Waldorf Astoria Residences currently under construction nearby at 3160 E. 2nd Ave.
