A new chapter is coming to Parker’s movie scene.
Emagine Theatres, a Michigan-based chain known for its luxury cinemas, will open its first Colorado location inside the recently closed AMC Classic Twenty Mile 10. The 32,000-square-foot space will be completely renovated, with a spring 2026 opening planned.
Guests can expect 10 screens, including two EMX auditoriums that feature massive wall-to-wall screens, 4K projection, and Dolby Atmos sound.
Every auditorium will be outfitted with heated recliners, and the theater will include a full bar to round out the premium experience.
AMC officially closed its Parker location earlier this month, directing moviegoers to the AMC Arapahoe Crossing 16 in Aurora. The shutdown marks another wave of consolidation for the chain, but it also clears the way for Emagine to plant its flag in Colorado.
“We are thrilled to bring the Emagine experience to Colorado,” said Jon Goldstein, Partner at Emagine Entertainment.
“Parker is a vibrant community, and we look forward to creating a gathering place where friends and families can enjoy movies, entertainment, and hospitality in a truly elevated way.”
Emagine currently operates 27 theaters with more than 330 screens across the Midwest.
With its mix of comfort, technology, and hospitality, Emagine hopes to reset expectations for what a night at the movies can feel like in Parker.
