The Elevate Travel Center is on the way near Denver International Airport, with construction now in full swing on a new travel focused project along Peña Boulevard. The development is rising just south of Peña near the eastbound on ramp from Gun Club Road and is being built to serve airport travelers, commuters and nearby residents.
The project is being developed by Aaravya Investments, with construction led by Colorado based Aslan Corporation. Once complete, Elevate will bring a two story convenience store, fueling stations, electric vehicle charging, fresh food options and a rooftop lounge to one of the region’s busiest gateway corridors.
Plans also include a car wash, dog park, conference room, shared mobility parking and a public cell phone waiting lot for airport pickups. A shuttle connection to the Jeppesen Terminal is also planned, adding another layer of convenience for travelers moving through the airport area.
The 5.49 acre site is designed with sustainability in mind. Solar canopies, water reclamation systems and other environmental features are part of the broader vision for a modern travel center that aligns with Denver International Airport’s long term goals.
With visible progress now underway, Elevate is no longer just a proposed concept. The project is actively taking shape and is on the way to becoming a new stop for fuel, food, charging and traveler services near DEN.
