1643 Boulder Street

Million dollar condos continue to rise in LoHi with a new mixed use taking shape along Boulder Street. The project, called Kensing LoHi, is designed as a three story condo hotel style building with roughly 1800 square feet of ground floor retail and a future bar space in the lobby. The commercial space is intended to serve the surrounding neighborhood as Boulder Street continues to attract new development.

Kensing LoHi will include 39 residential units ranging from studios to 3 bedroom floor plans. Unit sizes are expected to range from about 550 to 1820 square feet. Pricing starts around $485k and climbs past $2M placing the project firmly in LoHi’s luxury condo market. Amenities include a rooftop deck and an underground parking garage with approximately 24 spaces. Units will be sold individually and can be used as long term rentals or short term rentals, offering flexibility that is increasingly uncommon in new Denver condo projects.

As LoHi continues to evolve, Kensing LoHi reflects a broader shift toward higher density, mixed use buildings and rising price points, reinforcing the neighborhood’s status as one of Denver’s most desirable neighborhoods.
