Edgewater Flats, a 67-unit for-sale condo development by Grays Development, is nearing completion at the intersection of West 17th Avenue and Sheridan Boulevard, directly across from Sloan’s Lake.

Originally slated for completion in March 2024 as a for rent project, the project has made significant progress and is now expected to deliver by the end of the year.

Units are listed for sale with Lokal Homes, offering a rare chance to own new construction directly across from one of Denver’s most iconic parks. The building includes 27 studios, 28 one-bedrooms, and 12 two-bedroom condos.
