Founded in 2008 by Bill Lyons, Devex Properties has made a big splash in Denver when it comes to modern single family development.  Bill is an industry veteran that started working under his father at 12 years old who was also a single family developer in Southern California. According to their website, they run a 5 person team with over 100 years of combined experience.

Devex earned their stripes in the market by developing speculative homes in up and coming neighborhoods. Anyone familiar with the Denver housing marking over the past 15 years, knows these speculative plays were a home run.
