Downtown Denver got a late-night boost with the grand opening of XSO Night Club, a new 12,000-square-foot venue on the third floor of the Denver Pavilions.
The club, which debuted Friday night, blends Latin, EDM and reggaeton sounds with upscale design, themed rooms, and an outdoor DJ patio overlooking downtown. Founded by the owners of the 3 Margaritas restaurant chain, XSO aims to bring a “Vegas type of vibe without having to go to Vegas,” said co-owner Ventura Morales.
The project, which began early this year, transformed the former Lime Cantina and Live @ Jack’s spaces in a $4.7 million buildout. The club can host up to 800 guests and features immersive lighting, LED displays, and a VIP lounge designed for bottle service and private events.
The venue’s debut lineup included DJs RBT, Click, Elsanto & The Machine, and Nico Sonntag. A separate “Cielo Room” caters to EDM fans, while Latin beats dominate the main stage.
The opening comes as the Denver Pavilions and 16th Street Mall undergo a major revitalization.
The city’s Downtown Development Authority recently announced plans to acquire the complex for $37 million, with hopes that new nightlife attractions like XSO will revive foot traffic and boost downtown’s cultural appeal.
“We wanted to help bring energy back to the heart of Denver,” Morales said. “People are ready to go out again—and we’re here for that.”
With its Vegas-inspired atmosphere and Denver flair, XSO Night Club could become a cornerstone in the city’s evolving nightlife scene.
