1550 Wynkoop Street

Denver Summit FC has secured a new 10,467 square foot downtown headquarters at 1550 Wynkoop St, planting its flag in the heart of LoDo just steps from Union Station.

The lease was finalized with representation from Anthony Albanese and Alexander Buck, who shared that the space was designed with purpose to support high performance, strengthen team connection and reflect the club’s long-term commitment to Denver. The transaction was structured through creative deal-making and close collaboration to meet the needs of a fast-growing franchise preparing for its inaugural season.

1550 Wynkoop is a 76,200 sq ft, four-story Class B office building in the Union Station submarket. The brick and timber property is home to a mix of creative and tech-oriented tenants including Shears Adkins Rockmore Architects SAR+, CA Technologies, ThriveHive and now Denver Summit FC. The building’s tenant roster underscores its appeal to innovative organizations seeking a central downtown location.

With immediate access to transit, restaurants and retail, 1550 Wynkoop offers a highly walkable setting in one of Downtown’s most active corridors.

Denver Summit FC will kick off its inaugural season March 28, marking a major milestone for the club and adding new energy to the downtown office market. The move signals continued confidence in LoDo as a destination for growing organizations that want to be at the center of the city.
