1760 S Broadway

One of Denver's premier skate shops Death and Glory Skate Shop just signed a new lease in Platt Park at 1760 S Broadway.

Death and Glory, founded in 2018 specializes in Derby, Incline, Quad and Park Skating from skateboard setups to custom roller skate builds.

Previously, the skate shop operated at 935 W 11th Ave a little North in the Lincoln Park neighborhood.

Death and Glory will open their doors to the public on August 2nd and as a grand opening special, they are offering 20% off when a gift card is purchased by August 27th.

For the past 20 years, this 5,041 square foot retail building was occupied by Scandinavian Antiques, who at one point was one of the largest European Antique dealers in the West, and the largest importer of Scandinavian antiques in the country.

2008 Google Street View

Now this former antique furniture showroom will be repurposed into a local skate community hot spot.

With the revitalization and redevelopment wave seen along S Broadway, we suspect Death and Glory chose this location to capitalize on the tons of foot traffic and younger active crowd that will continue to flood into the area.

Be sure to check out Death and Glory's new spot on Broadway and take advantage of 20% off by August 27th!
