The fast-growing Nashville-style chicken franchise, Dave's Hot Chicken, has secured permits to build a new location  right next to Sprouts and across from the future Link56 development.

Construction began in March, and the team is targeting an October opening.

The 2,400-square-foot building will include a drive-thru, indoor seating for 46, and patio space for 36.

This location is part of a broader regional expansion led by franchisees Jason Beld and Marc Rogers. The pair signed an 11-unit development agreement for Denver and Larimer counties in 2020 and are also behind an upcoming store in Greenwood Village.

While initial plans for the site may have included another concept, possibly Birdcall, project representatives confirmed that Dave’s Hot Chicken is officially moving forward with the location.

Bringing this vision to life is a collaborative team that includes Carson Tidwell of MRP Design, Nathan Mendel of M&C Consultants, and Evgeny Khandoga and Joe Park of Galloway & Company, who have led the design and permitting efforts.

The Tower Road restaurant is the latest national retail investment in one of Denver’s fastest-growing corridors, reinforcing the area’s appeal as both a residential and commercial hub on the rise.
