Cushing Terrell has expanded its downtown Denver office at 1700 Broadway, increasing its footprint to approximately 8,600 square feet as the firm continues to grow its local team and services.
The firm originally opened its office in the building in 2024 with about 6,900 square feet. The latest expansion adds roughly 1,700 square feet, allowing the team to accommodate additional staff and broaden its in-house capabilities.
Cushing Terrell said the expansion reflects increased demand for integrated, multidisciplinary services across the Front Range. Over the past two years, the Denver office has added new disciplines including structural engineering, refrigeration engineering, and interior design, while continuing to strengthen its core practices in architecture, planning, landscape architecture, and civil engineering.
The firm has also expanded its project focus, adding depth in sectors such as retail, civic, multifamily, and affordable housing. Leadership says the larger footprint will allow teams to collaborate more closely and deliver more complex projects as timelines tighten and client needs evolve.
Located in Upper Downtown, the expansion signals a continued long-term commitment to central Denver.
Cushing Terrell has maintained a presence in the market for more than 15 years and continues to position its local office as a hub for multidisciplinary design work across Colorado.
