Dirty Dough, the fastest-growing cookie franchise in the country, has signed a new lease for an 850 square-foot unit at 5082 E Hampden Avenue in the Happy Canyon Plaza.
This marks the latest expansion for the popular cookie shop, which currently operates 17 locations across Utah, Arizona, North Dakota, Ohio, and Oklahoma.
The new storefront, previously occupied by Qwik Pack & Ship, will soon offer an array of delicious cookies ranging from the classic chocolate chip and cookies n crème to more creative options like raspberry toaster tart and stuffed cinnamon sugar.
In addition to this Happy Canyon Plaza location, Dirty Dough's website reveals plans to open three more Colorado locations in Greenwood Village, Orchards, and Parker. According to public records, Dirty Dough's move in date is schedule for May 30th.
Therefore, we anticipate a grand opening date sometime during the summer. We'll be sure to provide an update as soon as an opening date is revealed.
The lease was successfully negotiated by Peter Pavlakis and Kelly Greene of Legend Partners, a top commercial real estate firm. As Dirty Dough continues its rapid growth, this latest move into the Happy Canyon Plaza further solidifies the company's presence in the competitive cookie market.
