Clubhouse Work & Golf Brings 23,000-Square-Foot Second Denver Location to Galleria Tower

Clubhouse Work & Golf is building out its second Denver location at the Galleria Office Towers along Colorado Boulevard, spanning 23,000 square feet across two floors with 65 private offices and five Trackman golf simulators. The space is set to open later this summer.

Founded by Josh Kaplan, Clubhouse Work & Golf launched its first location at 5680 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. in Greenwood Village, reaching full office capacity in just over a year. The Cherry Creek expansion represents a significant step up in scale and positions the brand in one of Denver's most active professional corridors.

The Colorado Boulevard location centers on private, long-term office memberships rather than traditional hot-desking or open coworking. In addition to the 65 private offices and meeting rooms, the buildout includes a putting green, bar, and lounge space. The downstairs lounge will serve a custom-roasted local coffee blend, wine and beer on tap, and double as event space for happy hours, networking gatherings, and private functions. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows throughout are expected to frame unobstructed Rocky Mountain views. Office and coworking spaces will be accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week, while the golf lounges operate Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Galleria Office Towers complex, built in 1976 and managed by Cushman & Wakefield, spans over 572,000 square feet of Class A office space adjacent to the Cherry Creek shopping district. Construction on the Clubhouse buildout began in late April, with the interior now taking shape ahead of the planned opening.

The concept reflects a broader shift in the Denver office market, where operators are increasingly differentiating private office products with lifestyle amenities to attract professionals who prefer in-person work but have moved away from traditional office leases. Golf-centered social programming — already proven at the Greenwood Village location — gives Clubhouse a built-in community hook that standard coworking operators lack.
