The old Sears and Crate & Barrel buildings are finally gone, clearing the way for Cherry Lane, a massive new retail and dining destination in Cherry Creek.
Led by BMC Investments along with Prism Places, Tryba Architects, and Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, the project will deliver more than 150,000 square feet of retail, 34,000 square feet of restaurants and cafés, and 449 residences.
Cherry Lane is designed to be a pedestrian-friendly district, blending high-end national and international names with beloved local favorites.
The goal is to create a walkable, community-driven hub that feels both luxurious and approachable.
The demolition is a major milestone.
As construction ramps up, Cherry Creek is watching closely to see which brands and restaurants will officially make the cut.
What’s certain is that Cherry Lane is poised to redefine retail and dining in Denver offering more than shopping, but a curated lifestyle destination for residents and visitors alike.
