Construction is in its final stages at 2nd & Adams, a 100,000-square-foot mixed-use development redefining the corner in Cherry Creek North.
Developed by Magnetic Capital and designed by OZ Architecture, the five-story project blends modern office, retail, and hospitality in a sustainable, design-forward structure. Mortenson Construction is serving as general contractor, with completion expected in early 2026.
In partnership with Boka Restaurant Group, the nationally acclaimed hospitality company led by James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm, Magnetic Capital will introduce two new restaurant concepts led by Chef Brian Lockwood.
Lockwood, whose résumé includes Eleven Madison Park, The French Laundry, and Frasca Food & Wine, will oversee both a ground-floor restaurant and an expansive rooftop concept offering panoramic views of downtown and the Rockies.
As of October 2025, concept names and menus have not yet been announced, with additional details expected closer to opening.
“Partnering with Boka and Chef Lockwood ensures that 2nd & Adams will become a true destination that redefines the culinary landscape of Cherry Creek,” said Chris Carroll, managing partner at Magnetic Capital.
A significant portion of the building is already leased, with tenants including Bow River Capital, Avant Management, and Samuel Gray Jr. & Associates.
As finishing work wraps up, 2nd & Adams stands poised to become Cherry Creek’s next landmark and a destination where design, dining, and community converge.
