18299 E. 63rd Avenue

A Silver Stem Fine Cannabis dispensary is being proposed at 18299 E. 63rd Avenue near Peña Station.

Silver Stem Fine Cannabis is a Colorado based cannabis operator founded in 2008 during the early years of the state’s legalized marijuana industry. The company operates a vertically integrated business that cultivates, produces, and sells cannabis products through multiple dispensary locations across Colorado and Oregon.

Site development plans show a standalone commercial building at the intersection of East 63rd Avenue and North Yampa Street adjacent to the proposed Tower Plaza Marketplace retail development that includes a grocery store, a hot pot restaurant, Candlewood Suites hotel and additional retail space.

The building is designed to house a cannabis dispensary, lounge, and drive thru service according to architectural elevations included in the plans.

Floor plans show a customer retail area and lounge space along the front of the building with offices, security areas, and operational spaces located toward the rear.

The site plan includes surface parking surrounding the building along with internal drive aisles that allow vehicles to circulate through the property and access the drive thru lane.

Architectural elevations depict a modern single story structure featuring masonry, stucco, and vertical wood paneling at the main entrance facade where the Silver Stem branding is displayed.

The project team includes Tower Plaza Inc. as the developer with Summit Design and Engineering Services serving as the project’s civil engineer and design consultant.

If approved the project would introduce a cannabis retail concept alongside planned retail, grocery, and hotel development taking shape near Peña Station.
