The Burrito Boys have always embraced a hands on approach and the Wheat Ridge build is no different.

The crew is putting in real sweat equity hanging drywall shaping the interiors and crafting pieces by hand just like they did in Golden. Their goal is to create a warm family centric space that still feels unmistakably Bonfire according to TDP.

The Wheat Ridge location is expected to open in early 2026 and will complement the original shop along with the upcoming Arvada build. All three outposts will continue to serve the classics that made Bonfire a Colorado staple from the Chupacabra to the Jackalope along with their signature green chile filled plates.

Clear Creek Crossing has been growing fast and Bonfire is ready to be part of that momentum.

Soon, Wheat Ridge residents will have a new morning stop a new family hangout and one more place to grab a burrito before heading to the mountains.
